File System Hierarchy Standard

Edit Package fhs

This standard consists of a set of requirements and guidelines for file
and directory placement under UNIX-like operating systems. The
guidelines are intended to support application interoperability, system
administration tools, development tools, and scripts as well as greater

Does this package actually provide any of the FHS support in the default package selection of any openSUSE ISOs? I'm asking because I need a citation for OSTW's inclusion in https://softwarerecs.stackexchange.com/revisions/90902/5#:~:text=(Bookworm)%20%5EDebian_citation%20%09Linux-,openSUSE%20Tumbleweed,-Linux.
