* gl: fixed dangling symlinks when gl_ES not installed
* de: _frami dropped from dictionaries name,
removed hyph_de.dic, th_de_v2.dat, th_de_v2.idx links from
myspell-de main language package (dangling when no
variant is installed)
* en: introduced dependenciencies between language subpackages
to not have dangling symlinks:
- all variants depends on en_US variant
- all except en_PH depends on en_GB
- en_MW, en_NA and en_ZW variants depends on en_ZA
* ca: ca-valencia.{dic,aff} regular files moved to
myspell-ca_ES_valencia
