Hello,
On Tumbleweed up to date, the software "Retext" doesn't start. I get the error message :
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'PyQt5-Qt>=5.15' distribution was not found and is required by PyQt5
I think it's the same problem as here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/69802

Hi, ReText requires python-chardet, but it's not pulled in as a dependency. If it's missing we get a backtrace from Python at startup, closing with the message "pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'chardet>=2.3' distribution was not found and is required by ReText".
