- Unversion the syndication requirement now that it has been moved to Frameworks

akonadi_kolab_ressource is missing in kdepim-runtime, rendering my Kolab account nonfunctional. See BOO 1180736.
Please don't release this. This is still buggy. calandar not added to kontact. i have a debuginfod log file if you want this. Link to opensuse paste https://paste.opensuse.org/pastes/fb4a0f032920
