MIME-Type Determination
MIME types are used in MIME entities, for instance as part of e-mail
and HTTP traffic. Sometimes real knowledge about a mime-type is need.
This module will supply it.

- update to 1.32 - explain how to use MIME::Types in mod_perl, after complains from [Steve Simms], [Nicolas Mendoza], [Yves Orton] and [Hans Dieter Pearcey] - when you do not read the documentation about mod_perl/fork, then it will work as ever but still inefficient. - licence correction
