Easy access to Braille displays and terminals
Libbraille is a computer shared library which makes it possible to
easily develop for Braille displays. It provides a simple API to
write text on the display, directly draw dots, or get the value of
keys pressed on the Braille keyboard.

- Let the distro decide if it wants to disable python2 bindings (bcond_without python2). Enabled by default, unless overwritten by the builder. (forwarded request 800329 from dimstar)
