OBS Post Hook for taking raw.xz files built for tik and putting them into rpms

Edit Package containment-tik-img-to-rpm

Post hook that explicitly looks for kiwi built img.xz files with a name matching tik-osimage-*.raw.xz

Takes the image, renames it as *.raw.xz and packages the image in an RPM named tik-osimage-*
