* Avoided calling ``static()`` if ``CKEDITOR_BASEPATH`` is defined.
* Fixed ``./manage.py generateckeditorthumbnails`` to work again after the
image uploader backend rework.

* Changed ``CKEDITOR_IMAGE_BACKEND`` to require dotted module paths (the old
identifiers are still supported for now).
