Represent and manage a libvirt hypervisor connection
The Sys::Virt module provides a Perl XS binding to the libvirt virtual
machine management APIs. This allows machines running within arbitrary
virtualization containers to be managed with a consistent API.

Updated perl bindings for libvirt 7.6.0. Note the latest upstream release of the libvirt perl bindings is version 7.5.0. - Update to 7.5.0 - Add all new APIs and constants in libvirt 7.5.0 - jsc#SLE-18354
