The Docker image pushed 3 hours ago for 15.5 has broken dependencies currently:

Looks like libcurl got bumped to 8.0.x but not curl so: 

a98dfff5d693:/ # zypper install curl

Problem: the to be installed curl-7.79.1-150400.5.18.1.x86_64 requires 'libcurl4 = 7.79.1', but this requirement cannot be provided
  not installable providers: libcurl4-7.79.1-150400.5.18.1.x86_64[repo-oss]
 Solution 1: downgrade of libcurl4-8.0.1-150400.5.23.1.x86_64 to libcurl4-7.79.1-150400.5.18.1.x86_64
 Solution 2: do not install curl-7.79.1-150400.5.18.1.x86_64
 Solution 3: break curl-7.79.1-150400.5.18.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

Meh - mismatch between what OBS has and what Leap repos have.

I downgraded the docker image manually...
