Update package xdg-desktop-portal-gtk from 1.10.0 to 1.14.1 (jsc#PED-3116)

The xdg-desktop-portal-gtk-idle-timeout.patch is removed because
it was never submitted to obs due to a follow-up issue with the fix
for bsc#1179465 that was reported as bsc#1207014.

There's currently a discussion of wether this patch (which goes
together with a patch in openssh) should actually be reverted
(as can be seen at https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1207014#c7 )

So I think it's better to just not submit the patch (nor the
openssh one), have the xdg-desktop-portal-gtk update in SP5
and then, if/when there's a better fix proposed, submit that as
an update to SP5.

- Update to version 1.14.0:
  + Add an implementation of the dynamic launcher portal
  + notification: Fix activation of default action with target
  + Updated translations.

- Update to version 1.12.0:
  + settings: Provide org.freedesktop.appearance.color-scheme key
  + settings: Handle org.gnome.desktop.a11y.interface schema
  + notification: Handle actions with targets properly
  + Enable settings and appchooser portals by default
  + Translation updates
