Represent and manage a libvirt hypervisor connection
The Sys::Virt module provides a Perl XS binding to the libvirt virtual
machine management APIs. This allows machines running within arbitrary
virtualization containers to be managed with a consistent API.

Updated perl bindings for libvirt 4.0.0 in SLE15. Note: The closest thing to a corresponding Factory submission is SR#583118. Factory libvirt and lang bindings have moved on to the 4.1.0 release. For SLE15, we've settled on 4.0.0 and will no longer be updating to new upstream releases. - Update to 4.0.0 - Add all new APIs and constants in libvirt 4.0.0 - Dropped patches: c069787e-virstream-fix.patch
