An OBS source service: Update spec file version

Question regarding the new @VERSION@ functionality being added to OBS Build Service from v.0.6.0

@dirkmueller Would the .dsc below at runtime for Debian, Raspbian and Ubuntu be correctly adapted regarding @VERSION@ variable exchanged to let's say 0.6.2+git12abcd by calling set_version service?
