This update fixes the following issues for parkverbot:
- bnc#801367: Update to new upstream release 1.1 (bugfix release)
* Fixed passing wrong type to ioctl, which made a 32-bit parkverbot exit and not run at all
* Read all disks, rather than a single one, per interval
