texlive: Drop dependency freeglut-devel of texlive-asymptote
This update fixes the following issues with texlive:
- bnc#833498: drop the dependency for freeglut-devel from texlive-asymptote again
- bnc#833815: explicite load PerlIO::encoding for output files, seems to be required for our perl
