yast2-ycp-ui-bindings: Fixes untranslated texts in the YaST package manager (in Gtk UI).
This update fixes the following issue with yast2-ycp-ui-bindings:
- bnc#801311: Due to a missing locale directory initialization YaST Gtk UI searched the translations in a wrong directory resulting in missing translations.
