malaga-suomi: Update dictionary for Finnish spell checking
This update fixes the following issue for malaga-suomi:
- bnc#795350: The new dictionary uses Voikko dictionary format 2 that is required by the current Voikko engine. It makes the Finnish voikko spell check working again.
