MozillaFirefox was fixed to play MP4 videos again, which regressed
in the last security update.

The GStreamer version in use was reverted to use GStreamer 0.10 on 12.3.

Also explicitly disable WebRTC support on non-x86, the configure script
disables it only half-heartedly
