This update fixes the following issues with soprano:
- Update to 2.9.4
+ Virtuoso Backend - Automatically delete faulty transaction logs
+ Virtuoso Backend supports parameterized queries which consume less memory when inserting large amounts of plain text
- Added pkgconfig(libclucene-core) BuildRequires

This update resolves the issue in cases where soprano log got corupted, and improve text indexing experience
