Recommended update for festival
This update for festival fixes the following issues:
- festival triggered a segfault when synthesizing speec (boo#1116808)
- the SysV init script was converted into a native systemd service (boo#1116010)
This update also contains all upstream improvements and fixes in the 2.5.0 release.
