Recommended update for md_monitor
This update for md_monitor provides version 6.2 with various fixes and improvements:
- Include zFCP support (FATE#319070)
- Update scripts for zFCP
- Set 'timeout' DASD attribute correctly on newer kernels
- Include scripts to setup root on MD
