Recommended update for systemd
This update for systemd fixes the following issues:
- Prevent fill up of logs (boo#960158)
- Make systemd.log_level=debug work as expected (boo#963230)
- Remove WorkingDirectory parameter from emergency, rescue and console-shell.service (boo#959886)
