Recommended update for os-prober
This update for os-prober fixes the following issues:
Various patches were merged from openSUSE Factory:
- fix os-prober fails to detect other SLES12 installation (boo#892364)
- fix os-prober mount error, no such file or directory (boo#931955)
- also skip legacy grub if /boot/grub2/grub.cfg is present
- fix detect os on default subvolume in snapshot (boo#954225)
- fix os-prober update broke Linux detection (boo#957018)
- fix y2base runs at 100% cpu busy from beginning in installation of files to
completion (boo#953987)
