Recommended update for opera
This update for opera fixes the following issues:
- Fix a crash in KeyStorageKeyring::GetKey.
- Fix a crash at opera::BookmarkMenuDelegate.
- Port Chromium's fix for a content::TextInputClientObserver::GetFocusedPepperPlugin crash to desktop-stable-55-2393.
- Update Chromium to version 55.0.2883.87.
