This update for selinux-policy fixes the following issue:

- Patch installation fails when SELinux is enabled (bsc#1016385)

This was due to the selinux-policy package embedding PCRE prebuilt
regular expressions, which are incompatible to the PCRE minor version
update released some weeks ago.

This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-12:Update update project.
