Recommended update for util-linux
This update for util-linux fixes the following lspci(1) issues:
- Reading /dev/mem on aarch64 systems could lead to a kernel crash. (bsc#1033718)
- Failure to detect PowerVM hypervisor. (bsc#1042991, bsc#1039360)
