Optional update adding xl2tpd to the SUSE PackageHub
This update adds xl2tpd to the SUSE PackageHub.
xl2tpd is a Layer 2 Tunnelling Protocol Daemon (RFC 2661).
It is a run-time dependency for NetworkManager-l2tp (boo#1067607).
