alacarte: Fix some generic usage issues of alacarte
This update fixes the following issues for alacarte:
- bnc#779098: Use XDG_MENU_PREFIX when referencing applications.menu
- bnc#779062: Do not show a help button or act on F1 key, because there is no help in alacarte at this moment
