virt-manager, python-virtinst: Update to bug fix release 0.9.4

This updates virt-manager and python-virtinst to to bug fix release 0.9.4 and one additional bug fix:

0.9.4 is a bugfix release for 0.9.2, fixing VNC keyboard focus issues. 0.9.2
