Recommended update for aws-vpc-move-ip
This update for aws-vpc-move-ip fixes the following issues:
- Enforces the awscli text output call. (bsc#1106707)
- Includes the address param backward compatibility.
- Includes the new ip param.
- Improves the monitor action when is on probe.
