Recommended update for pciutils
This update for pciutils provides the following fixes:
- Fix the displaying of the gen4 speed for GEN 4 cards like Mellanox CX5. (bsc#1098094)
- Add support for commonly used vendor specific VPD keywords described in "Table 160.
LoPAPR VPD Fields" of the Linux on Power Architecture Platform Reference (LoPAPR).
