Recommended update for open-iscsi
This update for open-iscsi fixes the following issues:
- iscsiuio: Do not flush tx queue on each uio interrupt. This
makes ping to such NICs work better (bsc#1102589)
- Not allow multiple sessions just because they were started
in parallel (bsc#1107753)
