Can this, and some of the sibling openSUSE-Leap-15.x subprojects be deleted? I suspect 15.1-15.5 can be deleted since those Leap releases are EOL.
FYI, we'll be moving the Virtualization project to new git-based workflow in the near future.
The Open Build Service is an openSUSE project.
