Making use of wsl.exe >= v2.4.4 (a.k.a. "ModernDistributions"), [install via tarball](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/build-custom-distro).

Building `.tar.xz` (later renamed to `.wsl`) images for:

* openSUSE Leap 15.6 (arm64/x86_64)
* openSUSE Leap 16.0 (arm64/x86_64)
* openSUSE Tumbleweed (x86_64)
* openSUSE Factory (arm64)
