This is the maintained, released version 2.10 of OBS built for Ubuntu Focal.
Inspired by what can be found here: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/OBS:Server:2.10

It order to have some test suites working (especially for obs-build), the default root command of dpkg-buildpackage has been changed from fakeroot to super.

It uses the subproject https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:Algolia:Focal:OBS:Buster_to_Focal that provides the required Ruby version (2.5 as of today) to build the packages.
