The goal of this project is to create a social networking site which makes the cryptographic signing of files simple for the end user. The big picture is to encourage the digital signing of files to be common place. With this we hope to add a layer of authenticity and use the added authenticity as a method of casting doubt on any unsigned files (or files which are signed by a questionable source). More specifically, we hope to combat deep fakes with this project. We also plan to make it federated.
