Signal Desktop, built from the official upstream source.

This project builds signal-desktop from github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop and ships the
runtime components the upstream release uses: Electron, libsignal-client, ringrtc and
sqlcipher.

Targets are openSUSE Tumbleweed and AlmaLinux 10; packages built for AlmaLinux 10 install
on RHEL 10 as well.

electron-bin provides an Electron runtime based on the official upstream build, so other
packages can use the same runtime.
