nvpair-services: the official prebuilt Go service and CLI binaries (nvpair-tui, proxy, cluster manager, node tools, UI broker) from the same GitHub release.

The Electron and Go parts are not compiled in OBS: the build environment has no network access, so npm ci (desktop) and go mod download (services, no vendor/ tree) cannot run.
