Why is it necessary to walk in the fresh air every day?
Everyone knows that walking in the fresh air is very beneficial. But in the hustle and bustle of this fast-paced life, we spend more and more time in our apartments, at work in the office or in shopping centers. And this is, let's say, not good. People have built themselves huge cities, roads, cut down all the trees in order to get away from the most important thing - from nature. And all for what? For comfort ?! Recently, write essay for me was asked on this topic, I read a lot of materials and was horrified. Maybe we found comfort, but that's why we need it if there is no health and harmony. All this I am writing for.
After moving from my hometown small town to New York, I suddenly felt the lack of fresh air. Cars, gases, you move less on your own, and there is absolutely no place to walk here, because there are roads everywhere, and there are no decent city parks at all. And so I want to breathe fresh air to feel lightness and relaxation. I would like to talk about how fresh air affects the human body.
