Is it all possible to add Opensuse and SLE repos for ddrescue-gui?
Yes, that would be possible, but I don't have the resources to test on those platforms, so I don't know how well it would work. If that's okay with you, and you want to/know someone who wants to test it, then I can still add the repos.
