Backported Audio Packages for LEAP 16

To add this repository on LEAP 16.0 (or upcoming 16.1) use these commands:

```shell
( source /etc/os-release && sudo zypper ar -f obs://home:hpaluch-pil:audio/$VERSION_ID hp-audio )
# install my audacious player:
sudo zypper in hp-audio:audacious
```
