coot-1.x and packages needed to build and run it

Non-standard required packages are linked unmodified from OBS:science (ccp4, clipper, coordgenlibs, gemmi, mmdb2, ssm) and from OBS:KDE:KDE3 (fftw v2).
For Leap 16, a recent inchi is required.
