A few projects in mind:
(1) a fully featured, all-text-mode (i.e. no GUI) desktop with menus, windows, mouse support, office suite (spreadsheet, statistical analysis, data exploration, calculator, todo list, calendar/schedule, planning, word processor w/ spelling and grammar checking, ebook management, reference database/bibliography, data plotting, email, contacts), development tools for Python, BASH, JS, SQL, GraphQL, ETL tool chain. File manager, image viewer, music player/streamer, video player, PDF viewer, text editor, web browser. Big gap right now is: forms software.

(2) Live rescue system w/ backup and data recovery, partition mgmt, grub2 repair, MBR and EFI repair, malware removal for both Windows and Linux systems. LXQt GUI. Automated evaluation, data recovery, and system repair scripts. AI based diagnosis. Option for live help. Extraction/recovery of sensitive files, such as encryption keys. Forensic mode for attestable and auditable process and legal chain of evidence. Secure destruction of sensitive information, including sanitizing HDD and SDD prior to recycling/disposal.
(2.1) Nagios or Icinga2 based monitoring system which can recognized program and either boot into a downloaded live rescue system or launch it in a virtual machine to attempt repair on live system (when feasible, e.g repair corrupted databases, roll back libraries when regression emerges after update.

(3) Service base appliance with messaging, VPN, monitoring, intrusion detection, logging with audit trails, MAC using SELinux, rootkit and zero day exploit protection, and both conventional (AES, PGP, x.509) and emerging ecliptical curve encryption. Goal is a component in a high-reliability/mission critical/redundant environment.
(3.1) Creation of a functionally equivalent server basis which uses different libraries/implementations of essential functions, encryption, and access controls to provide further protection from software failure or vulnerability to exploitation.
