Packages needed by home:lewellyn:* builds which the target distributions themselves do not ship, imported as source-level copies of Fedora EPEL 10 src.rpms (so we build exactly what EPEL ships for that platform). EL9-specific imports (different EPEL versions) live in the sibling home:lewellyn:OBS-reqs:EPEL:EL9 project.
