Rebuild of eObcanka from government provided deb.

I did generate the %files section from the dpkg --contents eObcanka

eObcanka worked fine for me (Tumbleweed), but due to library updates, it is broken now. Can you please repack it with the new version?

It also breaks zypper dup.

Problem: nothing provides 'libmysqlclient.so.21()(64bit)' needed by the to be installed eObcanka-3.3.2-10.3.x86_64

These are all bundled libs. I'll get that fixed. It's the time of the year (taxes) when I need it again.
