smaragd — installation medium and live session

The image. One KIWI description, two products: the installation medium that
carries Agama, and a live session to try before installing.

Builds against the desktop layer AND the base, in that order — the order is the
point. A package we build must win over the base's version of the same name,
which is what the vendor lock then keeps true on the device after installation.

The image asks only for patterns, never for package names. Those live in
image/packagelists/*.list and reach this project through patterns-smaragd, so
there is one source that both the device and the base watchdog read.
