Mutter patch that generates scaled modes for eDP panels matching native aspect ratio

e.g. for laptop with 3:2 2160x1440@60 (and @48) panel - available display resolutions are:
2160x1440
1800x1200
1624x1080
1352x900
1152x768
1080x720
and all this resolutions available with 48Hz!
