Kiwi self-installing image running Waydroid (Android 13) on a genuine SLES 16
(SLFO) base: SUSE:SLFO:Products:SLES:16.0 + SUSE:SLFO:1.2, with lxc/weston/cage
from openSUSE:Backports:SLE-16.0 and waydroid from Emulators:Waydroid.

Carries the findings from the 2026-09 reproducibility test: kernel psi=1 and
ia32_emulation=on, cgroup:rw:force in the waydroid LXC template, the binder KMP
workaround, the interim SELinux binder policy, and console autologin. A full
Android boot still needs real display hardware (SurfaceFlinger). Public test
scaffold, no customer reference.
