Rebuild of the Emulators:Waydroid package set against the 16.1 codestream (SLFO 1.3), for testing Waydroid on SLES/Leap 16.1. Upstream sources are linked from Emulators:Waydroid, no source changes. The binder KMP published upstream is built against the 16.0 kernel (6.12.0-160000.37) and cannot resolve on a 16.1 kernel.
