Binary tarball (simpleimage) builds for Percona Software for PostgreSQL
17. Each repository is one SSL variant of the official
tarball, built against a different EL base of ppg:staging:17:
ssl1.1 (RockyLinux 8), ssl3 (RockyLinux 9).

The RockyLinux_8/RockyLinux_9 repositories are plain RPM build repos (not
simpleimage): they build the tarball-only helper packages that must be
compiled against the very same EL base as the tarball that bundles them
(percona-psql — psql linked against BSD libedit instead of the host's
libreadline). They are unpublished; the ssl variants consume them through
the same-project sibling path below.
